Project and the works done in PIONEER CEMENT / PAKISTAN

All the cement plants in Pakistan used to use fuel-oil in their kilns till now. Last year with the cooperation of Pioneer Cement Ltd, after we have erected the vertical Raymond coal mill with a capacity of 12 t/h; the coal dosing system, coal transport, coal tonage control, various electric motors, frequency converters, instrumentation has been supplied and delivered by DEG to the plant to be constructed (which has been commissioned in January 2002). After engineering, manufacturing and erection of the system finished by PIONEER CEMENT; DEG staff has made the final checking, tests have been made and production has started.
After the modifying we have made between JANUARY-APRIL 2002 production capacity of 19 t/h has been obtained and all the problems has been solved.
In order to grind petrocoke and to obtain 1% fineness, The dynamic seperator, to be mounted on the mill is completely manufactured by DEG and has been send to PAKISTAN. The optimisation works will be made for the mill.

We have made an agreement to make the optimisation of the current running system.
According to the agreement we have made with PIONEER CEMENT Ltd. The system which has a clinker production capacity of max.2000t/day will be increased to 2500 t/day for the 1st step; 2nd step will be to obtain the max. Capacity possible.
There is another agreement has been made about minimisation of electrical and energy consumption.
