Dal Teknik has perfoemd the turnkey installation of a 600 t/hr capacity crusher for Elazığ Altınova Cement.
The work includes; the acquisition of the equipment; assembly and manufacture of necessary materials; design of all electrical and automated control mechanisms; project planning; and provisioning of the unit into service. The technical specifications of the crusher is as follows:

. Titan 68 D 90 W type 600 t/h capacity double rotor, hammered MIAG (O&K, KRUPP) make crusher, two 450 kw 100 d/d fully closed main engines IP 54, 6 Kv power.

. The Kalker bunker has a capacity of 130 tonnes. The level sensor measures the material on the steel from a distance of 5 meters. Whenever it falls below 50 cm, the sttel line stops. Whenever it is above a certain value, it turns read, and the trucks stop loading.

The antidusting system of the curshes uses a 20000 m3/hr jet plus filter.

To extract maximum efficiency from the crusher, trucks with raw materials can approach the crusher on both sides in both directions, which results in fast raw material flow.
