“New Clinker Line Production Plant” with 1500(1900) TPD Capacity

Recently, we have finished our turnkey project new CLINKER LINE with capacity 1500 (1900) TPD for the biggest Cement Producer - OYAK GROUP in Turkey. OYAK Group has total 8 cement plants; 6 Clinker lines and 2 Grinding Units in Turkey

The contact date of this Turnkey Project was January 2003. The contract value is EUR 20,000,000.-The foundation has been laid on March 2003. The dismantling of the second hand equipment; kiln line, vertical raw mill, grate cooler, pulverized coal silo and dosage system , has been accomplished in a short period of time in 3 months.

During the dismantling period, the other services were in process at the same time;

• The design and drawings of the project
  
• Modernization of the second hand equipment
  
• The procurements of the new equipments
  

The project started in March 2003, and the start-up of the rotary kiln was in March 31st, 2004. All of the turnkey services mentioned in our scope of services mentioned above are provided in 13 months. Since April 9, 2004 now the new clinker production line is in process.

DEG provided the latest version of SIEMENS Cemat based PCS 7 (version 6) in the new production line. The existing raw material supply system, the coal grinding system and the feeder units is controlled by this automation system.
