Project Schedule : 16 Months

DAL ENGINEERING GROUP and ADOÇİM have been contracted to build a new line as turn-key basis with capacity of "2.250 ton/day Clinker Production and two Cement Grinding Units. This project schedule is very tight with 16 months. Contract was signed on 15.09.2007 and cement grinding unit commisioned on 08.06.2008 and clinker production line commissionned on 12.01.2009.

DAL TEKNIK has realized;

- Designing and engineering,

- General arrangements,

- Procurements of machinery,

- Site manufacturing

- Steel Manufacturing and erection

- Detail engineering,

- Erection of all equipments

- Site coordination’s

DAL TEKNIK has provided technical and process data of all equipments.

DAL MACHINERY has handled procurements and manufacturing of raw mill, Rotary Kiln, Cement Mill Units and Clinker Cooler main equipments.

DAL CMT Group deals with Project and Design Works

DAL ELECTRIC MOTORS and DRIVES department has been providing all equipments motors and drives.

DAL AUTOMATION has erected complete electrical line and built automation system.

Commissioning of plant has been handling by DAL Engineering Commissioning team.
