MARDIN CEMENT TURN-KEY II. CLINKER PRODUCTION LINE

3.300 T/D CLINKER CAPACITY

DAL ENGINEERING GROUP has been contracted to build a new line as turn-key basis with capacity of "3.300 ton/day Clinker Production and a new Cement Grinding Unit" for MARDIN CEMENT PLANT. This project schedule is very tight with 14 months. Contract was signed on 15.01.2006 and commissioning completed on 31.03.2007.

DAL TEKNIK will realize designing and engineering, procurements of machinery, general arrangements, detail engineering, erection of all equipments and site coordinations. DAL TEKNIK will provide tecnical and process data of all equipments. DAL MACHINERY supplies procurements and manufacturing of Raw mill,Rotary Kiln and Cement Mill Units main equipments. DAL CMT Group deals with Clinker Cooler and DAL ELECTRIC MOTORS and DRIVES department has been providing all equipments motors and drives.Commisioning of plant will be handled by DAL ENGINEERING COMMISIONING team.

Project automation will be done by DAL ELECTRIC and AUTOMATION GROUP and new line and some part of existing line automation works have been performing.

Four stage two suspension towers reverse raw meal system with calciner chamber connecting tertiary air duct, all design and engineering is under concept of DAL TEKNIK, projecting of refractory lining except for providing refractory lining materials and application works.

There are two preheater fans with 1.120 kW motor powers , 120.000 Nm³/h gas capacity.

· Rotary Kiln Unit ,

Kiln capacity with 3.300 ton/day.

Kiln dimension is 4,3 m. D x 64 m. L.,

3 piers and 1 girth gear, movement of kiln is done by a hydraulic guidance at middle ring.

Exists two main drives, motors 315 kW.

· Clinker Cooler Unit and conveying System,

3.500 t/day capacity

Hydraulic drives and 12 pcs cooling fans.

4510 mm. width and 23.500 mm. Length.

Clinker outlet temperature = environment + 85ºC

Cooling fan motors have frequency converters

Pan conveyors are used for clinker conveying.

· Coal Grinding Unit , coal dust silo, weighing systems,

20 t/h (pet coke) capacity vertical roller mill.

MultiCor systems each capacity 15 t/h
