DRIER CRUSHER ET 450 x 450:
It is designed for crushing and drying of soft materials, such as chalk, clay, slurry filter cakes and similar materials.
Crushing takes place between the rotating hammers and the casing of the housing. Drying is accomplished by means of a hot air stream, which sweeps through the crusher.
Entrained in the drying airflow, the crushed and dried material exits at the top of the crusher and the material is routed to a seperator, in which the coarse material is returned to the feed arrangement of the crusher, whereas the finished material is directed to a cylone for seperation.
The crusher is powered by a 1000kW VEM 3300V 220Amp Motor at 990 RPM. Assissted by an AEG 3 Phase Liquid Rotor Starter with integrated short-circuit contactor. This is rated at 1240V and 492Amp. A spare motor and spares for the Liquid Rotor Starter also available.
